FAQ's

When will my item be shipped?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours. TPL uses Singapore Post for all deliveries (a signature may be required upon delivery for the higher priced items).

Will I be charged for customs and import duties?

Unfortunately, we are unable to control and be responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your package. We recommend you get in touch with your local customs office should you have questions about this. TPL is not responsible for any duties/taxed applied to your package as customs policies vary from country to country. Singapore customers will not incur any customs or import duty charges.

What if there are missing/faulty/wrong items when I receive my order?

In this case, please contact us at enquiries@thepunchlist.co and quote your reference number. We will reply to you within 3 – 5 working days to advise you regarding the return process.

Can I return or exchange my items?

TPL offers returns or exchanges on faulty products and we are happy to exchange clothing items for an alternative size or an alternative item within 7 days of delivery. If there is not something you would like to exchange for we will happily reimburse you. We will pay for postage for items received in error. All other exchange items need to be returned prepaid. Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to most parts of the world, and delivery charges will vary based on the destination.
